HD Makeup—High Definition Makeup—is your secret to a flawless, camera-ready look. This innovative makeup technique uses advanced formulas to create a soft-focus effect that makes your skin appear naturally radiant and perfectly smooth. Think of it as “your skin, but better” .

Traditional makeup can look heavy and obvious under HD lenses, but HD Makeup is designed to be lightweight yet effective. It effortlessly conceals uneven texture and imperfections without the cakey finish, giving you a fresh, polished look.

We use only the finest luxury brands like Dior, Chanel, Charlotte Tilbury, and Hourglass to craft these exceptional HD looks. With HD Makeup, you’ll enjoy a beautifully enhanced appearance that feels as good as it looks.

1. Hydration: Drink plenty of water and keep your skin well-hydrated.
2. Moisturizing: Maintain a consistent moisturizing routine for your skin.
3. Skin Treatments: Avoid peels, bleaching, or microdermabrasion for at least 3 weeks before the wedding.
4. Facials: If desired, schedule facials one week before the wedding.
5. Outfit & Accessories: Bring all your jewellery, accessories, shoes, and outfit with you. Ensure they are steam ironed and ready.
6. Inspiration: Share any inspiration photos of hair and makeup looks you like. If you prefer, we are happy to create a custom look for you.
7. Pictures: If you haven’t already, please send pictures of your outfit and jewelry.
8. Skin Preparation: Arrive with clean, moisturized skin—no makeup, please.
9. Hair Preparation: Ensure your hair is washed and blow-dried before your appointment. For the best results, consider professional blow-drying to add volume. Avoid oily hair and scalp.
10. Allergies: Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before the event day.
11. Payment: Full payment is required in advance. We do not reserve spots without payment confirmation.

1. Setup: Provide one large table for our makeup station and a high chair if possible.
2. Lighting: Ensure the room is well-lit.
3. Assistance: If there are stairs at the venue, please arrange for assistance with carrying equipment, as it is quite heavy.
4. Parking: Any parking charges will need to be covered by the client.

• The terms and conditions outlined below are designed to clarify our services and ensure smooth business operations.

  Enrolment and Payment:

  • To enrol, students must pay a 50% advance and the remaining balance 2 days prior to the course commencement (for professional courses).
  • Master Classes and Self-learning Classes must be paid in full to secure a spot.
  • Full payment will be charged if there is a change of mind or withdrawal after the course has begun.
  • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Payment plan options are available upon request for professional courses, allowing payment in 3 easy instalments.
  • Cancellations can occur up to 3 weeks prior to the course or event date; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

  Course Cancellation and Enrolment Rights:

  • Colour Me Pink Academy reserves the right to cancel courses and refuse enrolment under special circumstances.
  • All students must be 18 years or older (parental consent is necessary for those under 16).
  • Students must bring clean brushes and tools to class and ensure that all products are cleaned and stored properly afterward.
  • Closed-toe shoes and black attire must be worn at all times during professional classes.

  Conduct Guidelines:

  • Before and after photos of models may be shared on social media and other platforms. Models uncomfortable with this should refrain from participating in demonstrations.
  • Students are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanour towards teachers, staff, and fellow students at all times.
  • Unethical or rude behaviour will not be tolerated, and severe actions will be taken against violations.
  • A minimum of 3 participants is required to start a new batch.
  • Students will receive a Certificate of Attendance upon successful course completion.

  It is the student’s responsibility to read the course details and refer to our terms and conditions before enrolling.

  Cancellation Policy:

  • In the event of a cancellation by the client, the 50% advance will only be adjusted if notified 2 weeks prior to the event or classes. The client can avail services for the same or a higher amount.
    • NO CASH REFUNDS.
  • Under any circumstances, we do not offer cash refunds. A Credit Note will be issued instead, valid for 1 year from the date of issue, with no exceptions.
  • Any last-minute or same-day cancellations will not be adjusted or refunded.
  • Clients and students must inform us of any existing skin conditions or sensitivities before booking. We do not accept responsibility for any rashes, allergies, or concerns, as we use only the highest quality products.

  Photography and Media Rights:

  • We reserve the right to take photographs and videos before and after makeup applications for our portfolio and social media. If a client does not wish for this to be publicly shared, they must communicate this at the outset. Once posted, pictures will not be removed.
  • Colour Me Pink by Preetika Oberoi holds all rights to the images captured by us.

  Pricing and Fees:

  • Pricing and details are subject to change without prior notice; however, existing contracts will be honoured at the quoted price.
  • Travel fees apply only for bridal bookings (additional charges may apply); alternatively, clients may visit our studio for services.
  • Clients must arrive on time for appointments. A late fee of $50 per half hour past 10 minutes for normal bookings and $80 per hour for bridal bookings will apply.
  • We are available to travel across Australia, India, Canada, and other destinations for bridal bookings and master classes.
  • Clients are responsible for travel tickets (business class), accommodations, and food during our stay.
  • A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays, and an early morning charge of $50 applies for appointments before 7 AM.
  • We travel with a kit weighing over 25 kg, and parking must be provided at the client’s expense.
